The Look - Gray and Pink

Spring couldn't get here fast enough for me. I just love absolutely everything about that time of the year.  Maybe because I'm a flower fanatic and always, always, always need to have flowers all over the house! I have such a blast during spring picking different types of flowers and creating cute and fun arrangements. For this look I wanted to add a little pre-spring fun, by combining gray tweed and  flower print pants that have a little hint of light pink in it.  I adore gray and light pink together, I always think its such an effortless chic combination of colors, but since its not spring quite yet I added a fun hot pink clutch from BCBG to pull everything together.  By the way, how amazing is the neckline on this ZAMRIE top!? So chic, I love it!!

The Look - Leather Vest

I'm a huge lover of mixing brands, and styles together and I specially love mixing luxury items with pieces that are more affordable.  I literally jump up in happiness when I walk into a bargain store and find that once in a blue moon holy grail piece.  I call the holy grail piece anything that looks like it should belong in Neiman Marcus but has a price tag of not Neiman Marcus.  It's my little mission when I go to the mall to find these holy grail pieces, because honestly as much as that Balmain leather vest might look incredible, I honestly don't want to spend that kind of money on one item - unless they are shoes of course :) .  So you can imagine my excitement when I walked into Forever21 with my sister and ran into this incredible faux leather vest and discovered it cost only $37.80 - HOLY GRAIL moment!  There are so many ways you can wear a leather vest, or any vest for that matter.  I just love how it makes any outfit look a little more put together when you throw a vest over it - It's like you are instantly glamorizing your outfit!  I figured I'd go all out with this jacket and pair it with a more rockerish look.  So I opted for my trusty torn jeans from Zara and my camo booties from Kurt Geiger.  What do you think?

Charlotte Olympia's Brazilian Collection

Charlotte Olympia Dellal, is the half-Brazilian, half-English designer behind her self titled label Charlotte Olympia.  The 31-year-old designer, whose mother was a 70's Brazilian model, brought much of her background as inspiration for her 2013 Resort Collection called 'Glamazon'.  The collection is super fun and filled with bright colors, flowers, animal details and even the super Brazilian and iconic “Senhor do Bonfim” ribbons.  As a Brazilian woman I am extremely proud of the work Charlotte has done in this collection.  I think it portrays our culture in a beautiful and super fashionable way.  I can't wait to get my hands in some of these designs.  I'm sure these shoes will make you want to sip of some delicious caipirinha and listen to good Samba music.

Vogue España is on Fire!

Mario Testino does it again, and this time it is hotter than ever!  In the December issue of Vogue España, he captures the most beautiful women in the world in extremely sensual, high fashion and playboy-esk images all at the same time.  The gorgeous  Isabeli Fontana, Doutzen Kroes, Karlie Kloss, Miranda Kerr, Toni Garrn, Irina Shayk, Constance Jablonski, Edita Vilkeviciute, Alessandra Ambrosio & Izabel Goulart were the lucky models chosen to be in front of Mario's lens. Of course the main super model in this issue of Vogue España is Mario's all time favorite Kate Moss, who has her own spread in the magazine and made it on the cover. Duh, not surprised at all!  A Thanks to Mario Testino from the fashion world and most men who see these images - I guess this is our Christmas gift from him.

Beauty Trend - BB Cream

Hi SF ladies,

So we have all heard of foundation (duh!) and moisturizer (double duh!), but some of us haven't heard of BB Cream...so here I am to tell you all about it!

So what is BB Cream? Very simple actually.  BB Cream stands for Blemish Base Cream and essentially its an all-in-one facial product, and my must have, go to, favorite thing, now item! By all-in-one I mean it  replaces your serum, moisturizer, primer, foundation, and sunblock! Phew! Can you believe it?!  Seriously, that's the magic of it.  BB Creams are almost like a tinted moisturizer, but imagine your tinted moisturizer took steroids, was dating a VS model and bought a Ferrari...then it could join the BB Cream clique.

Of course if you want a super intense look you might still want to pick up your primer and foundation, but for everyday use BB Cream is just incredible.

For an everyday look I tend to still moisturize my face (just because I am a moisturizer freak) before applying the BB Cream, and for more intense looks I tend to also apply serum and primer.  I don't apply foundation just because I don't tend to use it, but if you do then I would apply a little extra as the BB Cream is not a full coverage product.

I've tried tons of different brands until I've found my current favorite.  I am completely obsessed with the Dior BB Cream as the foundation is a bit more pigmented making it a medium coverage cream. Plus, once applied it doesn't look as shiny as some of the other ones I've tried, it has more of a matte look which I prefer.

Here are my favorites...and remember...for some of these you can ALWAYS take a little trip to Sephora and ask for samples before you make a purchase - especially since some of these creams can be a bit pricey. So try them out first before you take the big purchasing step.

Martha Medeiros is an incredible Brazilian fashion designer that makes the most fashionable and simply AMAZING dresses.  Her newest collection brings breathtaking and unique dresses that go from a cute everyday wear, to a gala event all the way to bridal.  Why are they so amazingly unique? Well for one the entire dress, including the lace, are handmade! Seriously Super Fashionable.

Favorite Things - DANNIJO iPhone Cases

When you talk about fashionable iPhone cases, these have are at the very top of the list. DANNIJO is known for having incredible jewelry, but they have really outdone themselves when it comes to iPhone cases, from far away they look like jewels on your phone. These are hands down the most beautiful ones I have ever seen...and let me tell you I am Super Fashionably obsessed!
