The Look - All White & A Statement Necklace

Spring is almost here and I couldn't be more excited.  It's literally my favorite time of the year.  I adore flowers and honestly wish I could have those gorgeous Ritz Carlton type arrangements all over my house everyday.  So yeah, walking around and seeing all the beautiful trees blooming gorgeous flowers definitely puts a smile of my face.

This time of the year I love retiring my usual black and dark colors (for a little bit) and dive into the world of color! Even though white isn't a bright color, I feel like its perfect for spring and you can easily add the bright pop of color with your accessories like my clutch in this case.  Another super perk of wearing a one tone outfit is you can really accessorize with jewelry and not overwhelm the look.  This amazing necklace from Accessory Mercado looks like a million bucks, but it's definitely not!  It ads instant glam to this look, I love it.

The Look - Edgy Long Dress

A long  dress is not something a girl gets to wear very often, most of the time they are either super casual summer dresses or too glam and really only appropriate for a black tie event.  So when I come across a dress thats just the perfect mix of fun and glam, I'm all for it.  I just fell in love with this dress from Nasty Gal, its super edgy, sexy and a little bit glam all in one.  This dress has perfect cutouts on the sides, a beautiful back and a slit in the front that is just the right height.  Since the dress is all black I decided to make it even more edgy by adding some really fun accessories.  My statement necklace with spikes is from Zara and it took this dress to another level, you really don't need anything else (earrings, bracelets) when you have a necklace and dress like this on - you definitely don't want to overdo the look.  I then added my, oh so loved and rarely used, Maison du Posh clutch.  Red lips…always a must with an outfit like this!
